There's no need to order a ticket online if you’re visiting the museum with a Museumcard, I Amsterdam Card, Holland Pass, Amsterdam Pass or ICOM membership card.
Tickets are not tied to a specific date or time and can be used on any other day of the year.
You will receive your ticket by email which you can either print out or show on your smartphone or tablet at the ticket counter.
Purchased tickets can not be refunded.
